There is a lot of engagement with the employees and it is a fun culture. You may experience that the value is placed on new employees not tenured ones. Typically a center does not have enough voices to change policy. Pay was competitive but not anymore. A lot of opportunities for advancement.
I really do like this company but they could do better. Commission is horrible because it’s not based on what you sell so where’s the motivation to sell? If you want to work for this company go for a call center position. At least you can work from home.
